Hi, You can take upto 15 ml of apple cider vinegar in a day if you are just starting. It's better to divide the dose to 1 tsp (5 ml) three times a day 1 tsp of apple cider vinegar should be diluted in 250 ml - 300 ml water and consumed 30 minutes before your breakfast/lunch /dinner. P.S - Use a straw to drink this mixture to protect your teeth and if you experience any acidity or untoward symptoms the stop immediately.
