My doctor prescribed me aripiren 5 (aripiprazole) once a day. But still having a lot of anger. Can I take aripiren 5 twice a day. I am a breastfeeding mom. I have 4 and half month old twin babies. My problem is very serious. I shout and throw things. I have also ocd and depression. Taking delnocept -200 mg and petrilbeta-20 mg per day. Pleae help immediately.

Dear lybrate-user, Since how long, you have been taking Aripiren 5? It takes time to give you the benefit. If the doctor prescribed for 2 - 3 weeks, please wait till it acts. Please go for a follow up again, then she/he may increase the dose. Aripiprazol works differently at different dose. You can not increase on your own - more so a breastfeeding mom.
