I have a severe sharp pain radiating down my left buttocks muscle area until behind my knee. Can't move without severe pain, unable to leave my bed. Had to pee in a cup. Can't turn over in beds I've been laying flat on my back for 24+ hrs occasionally moving my feet and sticking a mini massager under my leg. An if I try to move in any way that as uses so much as 1% of my muscle on my left buttocks the pain is excruciating to the point where I can't contain screaming and crying. Currently in a foreign country so I can't go to a hospital here or call 911 because here the hospital ers don't even have beds and the ambulances don't carry like local anesthesia shots or something (NOT asking for narcotics, just like a lidocaine shot) and since I can't even turn in bed or get up without feeling like theres a knife being turned in my buttocks I wouldn't even be able to get in the ambulance. If I can't turn over I'm 99% sure I can't sit and when my mom tried to move me herself so I didn't use the muscles it was still excruciating so I can't be carried without some anesthetic. I fell forwards 2 days ago, but it didn't hurt and I got right back up as though it hadn't even happened and walked around to run some errands for a few hrs. Got home, woke up the next day with a mildly severe pain on that butt cheek but it hadn't radiated downward yet so I could still move around and sit and walk and stand with mild to severe discomfort at best. I go to bed and it starts hurting that night. The moment I lay down it begins to radiate and I can't really move. I wke up the next day and what I described above is where im at now having been in the same position on my back for 24+ hrs unable to move and having had to pee in a cup while in bed and since I couldn't lift myself at all because it hurt so severely I wet the bed a tiny bit. And because of the pain I haven't been able to move out of that area of the bed. I've taken some Percocet from a tooth thing I had a few months ago but it barely helps. I've also taken dypirone and it also barely helps. I'm dreading the next few hours because I know I'll have to pee again. I've tried shoving a mini massage thingy under my butt and it somewhat helps. I've gone through 2 sets of batteries keeping this thing on 24-7. Idk what to do. Idk what's wrong with me. There is no bruising and no swelling and when I get it was frontwards and the impact was nowhere near my buttocks and also my pain is on the back part of my femur down to my knee radiating from my right buttocks so idk how it could be that. I looked on Google and the symptoms are kind of like sciatica but not really. No tingling no burning no swelling no bruising, but the sharp radiating pain on just one side is right on the mark except it starts at my butt but my back. I'm going to have my mom buy me some ibuprofen because nothing I've taken is an anti inflammatory but if that doesn't help of what to do. I can't lay on this mildly peed in bed unable to move due to agonizing pain whenever I try.
