I'm putting on weight soo sooner. I'm not a over Eater and eats less. Eg. 2 chapathi will make my stomach full. I currently stay outside my home town for study purposes. Physical activity is very when compared to my life at my home town. I just need a diet to be followed to reduce my weight.

Hi there! eating less does not meal it will not make you gain weight. Infact when you skip meals or eat less or starve metabolism crashes just as car needs petrol in the same way body do need food. If lifestyle is good one can lose weight without physical activity too in the comfortable way by eating what they like to eat.
