I am 66 years old and my BP goes upto around 145/100 if I do not take my BP tablets. With the tablet (Cilacar 10 mg) once a day, it is controlled at around 135/95 or 130/90. Is it OK to continue with this tablet or should I change it or take a higher or lower dosage (mg)? Thanks for your help.
