Plz answer me, I am a pre diabetes from last two month, my fasting level was 132 and p p was 177, but when I control diet and life style, now its down to 102 fasting and pp is 132, but my question is, I am facing wightloss 8 kg, excess hunger tiredness and sometimes feeling burning sensation on my leg, so how it will all control also wightlos, pls suggest me.

Hi sir You have to take lifestyle measure s for a long periods of time. Mind it you should have a good proteins diet. You should have meals 5-6 times a day. Regular exercise is a must.
