I am a 35 year old male with a history of genetic hypertension in family. I have been recording my blood pressure readings as well from last couple of months and have found the readings in the range of 160/90 with a variance of +/-10. What shall I do, shall I consult a doctor and start medicine for high BP OR first I should try to work on my daily routine and diet to control.
