I have sleeping troubles I can not sleep from 2 weeks properly. Last nights I meditate also but can not sleep .having headache n want to sleep but whenever I go to sleep in 20 -15 min I wake up .i was taking the borderline pills from 3 years but my doctor stopped this bcz I have not any symptoms like before. I left my meds from 9 months but from some day cause of my family I am stressed out but from last two days I am so much self care .what should I do now.
