I am 43 year old female, single, vegetarian. Diagnosed last year with B12 and D3 deficiencies after I developed food allergies. But after treatment with high dose B12 (cyanocobalamin) and D3 I developed rashes and palpitations. For weeks after stopping had severe symptoms including sensitivity to sunlight/UV light, change of smell/taste, palpitations, mood changes, hot and cold temperature changes. I want to know if high dosage of these vitamins could have caused imbalances in other nutrients and how these should be balanced.

Ginger. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant and antibacterial properties and is an excellent home remedy for treating various gastrointestinal discomforts like nausea, vomiting, indigestion and diarrhea. Chew ginger daily or consume 2 to 3 cups of ginger tea daily for a few days.
