Hello Doctor. I hav a prob of extreme belly fat. I stop eating sugar fruit juices, fried foods, fast foods etc. I did lots of exercise bt I not shown any result. Now I started walking daily upto 5 kms per day with the following diet. please tell me that this will helpful for me to loose belly fat or I have to do something else. Someone has told me toh tie pink belt (which is used to tie on injuries like fracture) on my stomach and then start walking so that it create melt of fat. please suggest me what to do.

Hello lybrate-user, it is good you restriced the listed food items, but it's not only that your diet must be balanced. You spend good time to shape up your body from long time. According to me, now it's time to change your exercise routine your body used to with it. So for example do some sit up, pranayam and Surya namaskar for 30 min and lessen your walking time to 30 min gradually.
