Hi, My husband is having frequent appetite and loss of weight. He is not having any history of sugar, however, as per the advice of the Dr, he has taken undergone sugar test, and Thyroid test. Sugar and Thyroid lever is normal. He has taken Chest X Ray also, and the report shows Both Apical pleural thickening and minimal fibrosis in both lower zones. But the rest of the Parameter normal.

More tips to gain weight: Don't drink water before meals. This can fill your stomach and make it harder to get in enough calories. Eat more often. Drink milk. Try weight gainer shakes. Use bigger plates.
