My father got report today in that report MCV 63.5 MCH 18.4 and MCHC 29.0 and RDW is 19.5 SERUM CREATININE ESTIMATION is 0.67 What does it mean? Any one please give me advice.

The reference range for MCV is 80-96 fL/red cell in adult. The reference ranges for mean corpuscular hemoglobin and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration are as follows: MCH: 27-33 picograms (pg)/cell in adults. MCHC: 33-36 g/dL in adults. Your father has a type of anemia namely macrocytic anemia and The most common causes of macrocytic anemia are vitamin B-12 and folate deficiency.
