I really need to lose weight. My physical activity is minimal and my food intake is also fine. I do not eat any of the fried stuff and stay away from the carbs as much as I can. I am a medical student and I am sitting through the day. My TSH amd T3, T4 levels are normal. I do have a fatty liver and suffer from the occasional gastroenteritis. I live in A hostel so no diet can be followed. I really am worried about my weight but I do not do anything about it and moreover I couldn't find any motivation to do it too. I have been suffering from depression since the past year and a major cause is my weight. HELP.

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
