I'm a 21 years old girl. My lower belly fat is increasing day by day. I rarely eat any sweets or drink aerated drinks/ready made juices, but still it is going on to expand. I take green tea twice a day and do a high training exercise and aerobics also, but still it is not decreasing at all. My weight is also increasing inspite of all my efforts. Pls tell me some medicine, exercise, food or any way to get rid of lower belly fat plz.
