My FSH and LH levels are increasing although I'm following PCOS friendly diet and have quitted sedentary life style too. The levels are dropping as following: Test on 2nd day of period on June 2018: FSH: 7.24 LH: 5.60 Test on 2nd day of period on Oct 2018: FSH: 5.80 LH: 5.69 Test on 2nd day of period on Nov 2018: FSH: 5.76 LH: 7.29 What could be possible reasons for such a surge in hormonal levels and what are the precautionary and remedial measures for it?
