I am 23 years old male. In year 2014 I had my front two teeth broken. I did rct and had a crown. Now in 2018 I suddenly started feeling shooting and stabbing like pain in one of my teeth. I went to my dentist today and she gave me antibiotics and pain killer. And in my prescription its written" periapical lesion" Is there something to worry because its paining a lot.
