Kindly consult a dentist in person for further suggestion. We need more investigations with clinical examination to decide upon treatment. You may need deep cleaning along with surgical curettage or gum strengthening procedure. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with a mouth wash after every meals. Use pepsodent tooth paste & gum paint for 2 to 3 weeks. Advance procedures can be done with laser. You may consult me in person.
Hello lybrate-user .aap pregnant hain aur aksar pregnancy main gum problems hona normal hota hai. Aksar dekha gya hai ki ghrwale pregnant female to brush krne s mna krte hain aur isse condition aur khrab ho jati hai. Aap sirf normal brushing kijiye aur koi mouthwash regular use kro isse gum swellings wqt k sath theek ho jayengi. Pregnancy ke dauran hone wale hormonal changes jo female body main ho rhe hote hain usi karan yeh gum swellings dekhne ko milti hain.
Thanks and regards Dr. rohit patial.
You may be having left sided sinusitis. Get a opg of head and neck region to reach the diagnosis.
It can be:- • chronic sinusitis
•unilateral temporal arteritis
• odontogenic or dental related abscess.
Swelling on the side of the jaw could be due to parotid salivary gland. If possible send me picture and radiographs of that area. This is quite broad query, need to evaluate properly without concluding anything.
Dear lybrate-user you need to visit your dentist for proper evaluation. your dentist will need an x-ray of the tooth to evaluate its actual status and then it can be established whether the tooth needs to undergo for root canal treatment before restoring your tooth or the broken structure can be created without undergoing root canal treatment.
