Hi, My whole body check up was done. Everything is normal but my bp is 140/80. Doctor tells me to take telmikind 40 mg daily. Now what to do? My age 22. How to lower it?

If you don't experience any sort of discomfort then you should wait before any meds intake as just to keep in arbitrary measurements.

Medicines not necessary at present. Buy a home BP machine and measure BP once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes. You will need medicine if BP is always above 149/89. If lower, continue monthly measurement.
