Dear Lybrateuser, - For low BP have plenty of oral fluids including 2-3 litres of water per day - have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables and whole grains, also protein foods & healthy fats - if you are taking any medication for any chronic condition then check with your doctor for any BP lowering side effects - do regular exercise like walking, jogging for 10-15 min in the morning - if any symptoms of headache or dizziness or tiredness on normal activity occur then consult your local doctor as you may require to do investigations to know the cause.
