I drove my car 2000 km and came back 2000 km .After few days I noticed pain in my knee and a bit pain in my elbow region also .Now a days I am having severe pain and stiffness in my left knee .I have been advised to take 1×2 capsules of rheumatic fresh along with some other homeopathic medicines .I have got some relief but still not so much relief .What should I do.
