I am 32 years old, my B12 is low (264) and cholesterol serum 245. I feel always tired. Kindly suggest.

You should get 2.6 mcg of vitamin B12 . Other people may have trouble absorbing vitamin B12 in their stomach or small intestines. If your vitamin B12 level is a little low, you might not have any symptoms. A very low level can cause anemia, which is a decrease in red blood cells.
