Hi I am 28 year. Right now I am not expecting but planning. i am suffering from acne. I have heard zinc and omega 3 tablets help to control acne but I don't want to take any pill which is not safe during pregnancy. Please suggest if I can take these tablets. And if yes which brand and mg?
