Hello sir I was diagnosed with hypertension and my BP was 160/100 6 months earlier and I started taking Telma-H daily from advice of doctor and I was overweight around 105 kgs and by blood cholesterol levels, sugar level were all fine and I measure 5.11 inch and have adopted a healthier lifestyle changes and now my weight is 90 kg and I age 32 years so when can I lower the dose and I am physically very active now or still I have to continue taking medications or do I need other tests to confirm so please do suggest me? Almost my BP recordings are 120/80 ut some times it becomes 130/90 but not higher than 130/90 I measure daily in home so please suggest me what to do further.
