Hello, Thanks for the query. It is necessary to control hypothyroidism effectively with adequate dosage of Levothyroxine. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L to be free from all the symptoms. In hypothyroidism usually burning sensaation of feet and palm is rarely observed. This is an indication of peripheral neuropathy. Please check your blood glucose levels too. Thanks.
