Hello Lybrate user, long life could be achieved by having regular time to time sleep habit, eating habits and proper exercise, no eating junks, and especially eating organic food, plus eat all the things which our dada and dadi use to eat with proper exercise. Have good protein, mineral, vitamins etc, be healthy .be happy. Live long life.
