I am preparing for Govt exams. But now a days I am suffering from a problem which I dnt knw what is this. I sleep around 11 pm to 12 pm n wake up around 8 am n start my study. But now When I wake up, I still feel sleepy n feel pain behind my eyes n a little bit headache. I take green tea, coffee n power nap in d afternoon (headache increase) bt these things doesn't work. I also take gap 1 or 2 days for study. My exams are near pls tell what do I do to get rid of this problem n what should I eat. Pls.

R you feeling weak. Has intake of tea coffee incresed. Are you taking them instead of your meals? Do this 1. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). 2. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. 3. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 4. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 5. Maintain active life style 6. Avoid fast foods n fried foods 7.Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 8. Drink lot of water 9. Everyday preferably sleep on same time Try to relax yourself -- Exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress. Take a few minutes to breathe in and out in slow, deep breaths. Reduce Your Caffeine Intake. Write It Down. Chew Gum. Spend Time With Friends and Family. Laugh. Massage. Eat a healthy diet.
