I am a 45 years old. I am diabetic as well as have sugar problem. Can you suggest some foods or medicine so there will be less problems.

Eat high fibre foods like oats, whole grains, whole pulses (pulses with husk), sprouts, green leafy vegetables, you can add soy flour to your wheat flour in the ratio of 1: 3. Do away with refined flours, polished rice (you can have brown rice sometimes), junk foods, sweets, fried foods.
