Hi, Dr. my age is 28 & I am suffering from Erectile dysfunction from last 2 years when I masturbate it gets hard but suddenly it falls down & wants to ejaculate very early. Plzz help. I saw porn alot at night & become so harsh with my penis I feel pain at a middle of penis. Urine pressure also not coming in a pressure & sperm also comes as a water type the hardness of a sperm is also not there.
