Discovered hypertension in the age of 19, for which many tests were done, but all of them were found to be normal. Finally my doctor (cardiologist) prescribed me CTD-T 6.25/40 on a daily basis and after that my bp was normal. Now I am consuming the medicine in alternate days, still my BP is normal. Should I take it in alternate days or on a daily basis?

Hello keep it on daily basis, Can reduce it to 1/ 2 daily and continue the same for 3 months atleast. Afterwards remove CTD component and continue only 20 mg telmisartan. Later with life style modifications and diet you would be able to wean of from medication. Keep your Cardiologist in loop during the process and follow his/her advice.
