Disturbed sleep happens in students due to stress from studies and anxiety So Deep breathing excercises early morning for twenty minutes and taking adequate amount of water like 3-4 litres per day avoiding junk food will help a lot, also a brisk (quick) walk in the evening before sleep for tewnty minutes will help, a glass of warm milk will boost the relaxing of mind and assure good digestion and sleep. Take care and sleep well.
