Dear lybrate-user, It is nice of you for fighting against depression since 20 years. Doctors are also researching for newer and newer medicines and treatments. It is good that you are finding lamictal useful. Routinely upto 200 mg is prescribed. At times, it may be taken upto 400 mg also. Talk to your doctor and find out. Discuss with your doctor on add ons. Many of them are available like SamE, 5HT, thyroxine, etc. I don't know your age. Yor memory issue and weaknesses may be due to age related other medical disorders. Consult a physician and get investigated for diabetes, dementia etc.
