My son 12 years old his c peptide 0.79, urine to calcium ratio 0.117, Gad 65 -negative, insulin antibody ,Ia2, islet cell anti body -negative creatinine 0.61, Acth 9.61,Iga total 113. Presently giving insulin, are three times a day 6 units. But after giving his blood sugar level drops in between 65 to 69. We first reduce and then stopped giving insulin since last eight days his blood sugar fasting is 96 to 106. And after Meal around 111 to 115. sonography. Normal. He has been hospitalized to give treatment as his HBA1C reached 10 7, average glucose 259. Urine spot calcium 21.9 present urine spot calcium 10.2 and urine creatinine 86.8 suspected type 1 diabetes .kindly advise.
