I'm having slip disc since last 7 years and always have mild pain in my back and legs. I wanted to do running, cycling but would love to participate in competition. Can I do that without effecting to my body.
Mild slip disc is never a problem and can be overcomed by regular exercise without any medications in about 6 month. Pain for 7 years may not be due to slip disc. Get an mri done to check. Also your vit D and calcium level.
