I had left wrist hairline fracture after a fall and was plastered for five weeks. After removal of plaster, I have taken physiotherapy also for two weeks. Now wrist movement is ok however finger bending at knuckles is little painful and the grip does not have strength like before. The finger bending early morning after wake up is more painful. Heat treatment gives relief. Pse suggest pmt remedial solution.

It may take some more time, so keep doing the exercises and go for a follow up again. If the problems persists then you can also start Homeopathy which is safe and gentle. You can contact me for a detailed consultation.
