I am a 32 year old female and have severe cystic acne. My skin is very painful to touch. Since I am pregnant so I am not able to take any treatment. Please help me on what topical applications can I use. Can I use dettol antiseptic liquid and if yes then how much should I dilute it? Would it cause long term harm to my skin?
