I feel pain in my shoulder every night what should I do? And please suggest good remedy except consultation to any one.

It may be due to excessive tiredness. Calcium, protein or mineral defficiency. So proper diet, proper posture and mental relaxation, positive attitude will help you.

Do upper back stress and strength exercises. Wall push ups. Bhujangasan. Thera band exercises. Don't carry or lift heavy weight on shoulders. Change your mattress if it is old. Do finger ladder. Do pendulum exercises. Consult physiotherapist to learn these exercises better.

That you can do hot water fermentation and ice therapy at home. If you have shoulder pain then the stiffness will develop more that might make the arm to have less improvement which might make you to feel more pain the arm. And also cervical pillow can be used which might make you to have better posture of the shoulder neck and arm.
