Consult physiotherapist for proper evaluation and treatment guidelines for exercise. Don't do forward bending. Always turn and then get up from bed. Use firm mattress. Don't sit or stand for long hours.

Get your calcium, vitamin D3 and B12 done. Go complete blood count also and then consult some md medicine or physician.

Hi, I am 14 years old. I asked a physician to give medicine for leg pains. He has given dolokind plus. Can I use it?

Dolo is a pain killer. Try to avoid taking medicine. Do some lower limbs exercises drink lot of water eat healthy food and fruits do some heating with apply of gel.

May be you are having varicose veins problem. Consult doctor. Do lower limbs stretching and strengthening exercises. Wear varicose stockings. Don't walk or stand for long hours.

Physiotherapist se exercises learn kariye. Zada der ghutne fold karke baithna nhi hai Indian toilet use nhi karna hai. Ghutne Ke neeche takiya laga Kar Sona.
