Dear doctors some say don't eat anything between meals, i.e within 4 hours of eating and some others eat some kinds what is the truth?

You can have something to eat within 4 hrs after eating. There is no harm rather it is beneficial to have small meals at small intervals. It helps in reducing acidity and good for diabetic patients too.
