I take quetiapine 275 mg psychiatric drug using 5 years but treatment is start my weight is 78 kg and BP is 120 /80 mg but dose increase dosage to 275 mg my after my weight is Over gain my 113 and bp is 170/80 daily exercise and diet plan I reduced weight loss 92 kg some time check BP is 130 /80 some increased 170 m80 all problems this psychiatric medicine using I reduced more weight loss my problems are solve or not.
