My triglyceride level is >800 (125-200 normal), VLDL 160 (5-40 normal) and Uric Acid 9.3 (3.7-9.2 normal). I am NOT obese and have a moderately active lifestyle. I am 6'1 tall and 86 kg, but there is hardly much visible fat in body. I am neither a smoker nor a regular alcohol drinker (only occasional, once a week maybe). Please advise some remedies and actions to be taken.

Your triglyceride level is very high and calls for drug therapy. Hypothyroidism may be contributing to your dyslipidemia. Familial hypertriglyceridemia is also associated with very high triglyceride levels. Life style modification alone will not help in your case and drug therapy is required.
