Hello, I am 23 years old. I am pursuing MBA course. I regularly go for jogging at 5 am. After that I sit for studying and after that I go to office everyday. But when I come from office I cannot sit for studying because I feel so much tired. But after 1 month my semester will be held. So what can I do for refreshment?
