Your normal weight should be 49-65 kgs. But for Indians we recommend to keep the BMI below 23, correspondingly your weight should be below 61 ideally. You can obviously reduce weight without gym. Just do regular aerobic moderate exercises for 30 mins 5 days a week atleast.
