Hi Sir, I have bone spur in both my heels?. It gives me lots of problems in day today's life. There will be pain in the foot always which limits my movement to some extend. Met a doctor few days back he has recommended for some kind of steroid which will dissolve the overgrown bone. I need some more suggestions from other doctors. Is this the best way to treat bone spur.

Hi lybrate-user you should start using foot wear with soft soles you can go in for silicone heel cushions start doing Contrast bath if the pain does not reduce then you can go in for physiotherapy treatment paraffin wax bath laser therapy and Ultrasonic therapy.
