I when experience severe depression take Clofranil 25 mg 1 tab and sometimes Serenace but I have seen rather than curing it it leads to more depression. Why is it so?

Hello, Clofranil dose of 25 mg is very low dose. Depression worsens over time if not treated adequately so medicine don't worsen it, its the depression worsening which is not adequately treated. Medicine will either show no response or will improve your condition. You need to be in regular follow up of a psychiatrist.
