Im a 27 year old female. Im having severe headache from past many years. I had taken treatment they told me I have migraine which is like I have it daily it has become like my daily routine. Cause of this severe headache I become so tired and the tablets used to make me so drowsy so I stopped taking the tablets nor going to doctor just adjusting with the headache without doing anything this headache makes me go irritated for every little things and sometimes food does not gets digested. I have low bp and low blood count I become tired without even doing anything. Cause of that I do not do anything like jogging or walking. I was using lens frm many years but now I recently tested my eyes and im wearing specs. Yesterday night too was suffering from headache. Is there a solution for my headache?

Yes for sure. You have to treat the root cause and not the symptom -Headache alone .Your Dr. Has to treat the whole patient and not the disease? Migraine alone. Treat the reversible causes and triggers for headache first. The cause for the headache may not be in your head it can be due to problems arising elsewhere in the body like Gastric issues, BP ,food sensitivity, Stress, Eye, ENT, problems ,environmental toxins. Your headache will remain if your Doctor 1) Has not taken detailed dietary, eating and lifestyle habits history. 2) Not done the comprehensive lab testing which should include tests for inflammation, mineral and vitamin deficiency.
