It is said that cooking tomatoes with paneer (cheese) and eating this dish causes kidney stones. Is this correct?

Paneer is high in calcium and tomato is high in oxalic acid so more chances of ca oxalate stone. Also avoid spinach, beet, potato chips, soy products consume less salt also Take more water Let me know your progress.
