Hello doctor he is 21 years old. My friend is suffering by numbness in penis & loss of sensitivity due to accident & he also suffering by pain inside on his penis. Because of this accident his penis nervous got damaged & become numbness penis & lost sensitivity even masturbating also not working to him he can't feel any sense in his penis & now his penis become small because of this. Please give advice how to cure numbness in penis? & how to regain sensitivity in penis? Please suggest me the treatment or medicine.

Trauma, persistent erection (priapism), cancers, and Peyronie's disease (the development of scar tissue within the penis) are other causes. Sickle cell anemia may cause priapism due to blockages of small blood vessels in the penis. I suggest you to consult a doctor for physical investigation. Take care.
