I am 40 having ankylosing spondylitis. Pain in back when lying and turning sides. Stiffness in back in early hours of morning, have to get up. Back cannot take any kind of jerk. It seems it will break. Pain in buttocks in pelvic region. Have to sit after some time of standing and vice versa. Pain eases with exercise. But in totality I get fatigued. Pain in ankles and heels severe cannot walk much. Ankles swells. Guide me with homeopathic medicine or some other alternate treatment and food habits. I have not taken any treatment as yet. Regards.
