Dear lybrateuser, - It is advised to avoid supplements at your age instead have a well balanced diet with more of protein foods to keep your body fit & agile - have fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, peas, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, seeds like flax, sesame, pumpkin - add a protein food in each of your meals & also have as a snack to boost your protein content.
