Sir and madam many thanks for helping patients. Recently 7 days back a incident occurred. I visited csw and started rubbing, grinding and poking naked vagina for about 2 minutes. In Fact I was wearing underwear as well as wearing thin layer pant too. Precum released in my underwear .is there any chances of her wet vaginal fluids entered in to my underwear and to my penis urethra meatus point. Worried about HIV AND STD. Please help me with your advices.

There are no chances for HIV to spread by the route you have described .Transmission is possible only by normal or penetrative sex . As there are no risk you can relax and be calm
